It is not currently possible to cancel an order once it has been submitted via the app. We, therefore, ask that you review your cart and submit your order once you are perfectly satisfied with its contents.
It is, however, possible to ask your selected store to cancel your order. You can find your store's telephone number in your order history.
NB: Please note that you do not have to accept any photos that you deem to be poorly printed. You have the right to refuse an order and this will not penalize you in any way for future orders.
