We are sorry to hear that your order wasn't ready when you went to the store. It usually takes one hour to print your photos. However, it can take a bit longer during peak printing times and around the holiday season.
Before you submit an order from the checkout screen, an estimated pickup time is indicated under the address for your chosen store. If the strength of your internet connection is poor, this will cause the upload of your photos to take longer, postponing the delivery time.
Once your order is successfully uploaded you will receive a confirmation email. Towards the top of this email, you will find the final order pickup time. Please note, however, that you will also receive an email with the subject line "Your Photo Print order is ready!" when the store has finished printing your pictures.
If the promised pickup time arrives before you receive the confirmation that your prints are ready, we suggest that you call your store directly to inquire about the status of your order. You will find the telephone number for your store in your order history. Tap on the order for which you are missing prints and then on the Help button in the PICKUP DETAILS section. A popup will inform you that you are about to call your store.
Order not ready despite a confirmation email
While very rare, we have heard from customers who receive a confirmation that their prints are ready only to arrive in-store and find out that this is not the case. If you fall into this category, we want to apologize for the inconvenience that this has caused you.
In these unusual cases, customers reported that their store's printer was out of order, out of paper or ink, etc. Normally the status of these orders should be "canceled" instead of "ready for pickup". Again, we are sorry if this has happened to your order.
If you find yourself in this situation, we suggest reordering your prints from a different store. You can do this by going to your order history and then tapping on the REORDER button in red. Be sure to modify your pickup store information in the checkout screen by tapping on the word Change to the right of the store address before resubmitting this order.
