We are very sorry to hear that you were missing prints from your order. Your orders are very important to us and we strive to provide you with irreproachable service.
We highly encourage our customers to review the contents of their envelopes at pickup to verify that they have received a complete order.
NB: Should you have submitted multiple orders, remember to also ask the Photo Center Technician to verify that there are not multiple envelopes filed away under your name.
Nevertheless, if you find that a photo is missing from your order, we will happily reprint the missing picture so that you can appreciate each and every one of them.
If you notice that you are missing prints before leaving the store, you can ask the Walgreens Photo Service employee to print another one. If, however, you have already left the store when you realize that you are missing prints, you have two solutions:
- You can call your store to inquire whether or not the missing print can be located. You will find the telephone number for your store in your order history. Tap on the order for which you are missing prints and then on the Help button in the PICKUP DETAILS section. A popup will inform you that you are about to call your store.
- You can resubmit a new order for the missing photo(s).
If you are unsure whether or not prints are missing from your order, you can review which images were submitted to be printed in your order history.
For every photo that was submitted, you can verify which format and how many copies were ordered in the ORDER PREVIEW at the bottom of the screen.
